I have been in real estate office management and property management for 20 years.  I enjoy making the buying/selling process as smooth and seamless as possible for everyone, from the broker to the client,  as well as the attorney's and the lender, if one is involved.  We, at Carolina Mountain Brokers, have made it a point to stay current with all the newest technology and innovative ways the real estate business has changed over the last decade.  Recently I have gained enormous knowledge and experience of the administrative side of handling REO/Foreclosure and short sale properties.  It's been exciting to help create our REO/Foreclosure Division here at Carolina Mountain Brokers without sacrificing conventional knowledge and service.   We continue to strive for the best customer service and to offer complete customer satisfaction for all real estate needs.  To that end we are continually looking for new and better ways to serve YOU in the real estate market today and tomorrow.

Stephanie Johnson - Executive Office Administrator
I have 7 plus years of customer service experience, gained at a software company, that I bring with me to Carolina Mountain Brokers.  My extensive knowledge of technology and widely used business software such as Microsoft Office has been a great asset in learning and performing real estate administration.  I have been able to take over many tasks here at Carolina Mountain Brokers as we are expanding our different divisions  It has been a new adventure for me to learn about the business of helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.  I am also managing the property management/rental division as well as overseeing our social media and maintaining our website in addition to my other basic office administration duties. It continues to be a great experience I enjoy.
